Spent the weekend for my son’s tour of App State. Very clean! Location was great too! We will definitely be staying here again!

House was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfortable. We have a full size SUV so parking and turning vehicle around was difficult. Backing down the drive was not an option. Parking space is limited. Very nice stay overall.

Our stay was wonderful and the house was spotless. Views were beautiful and the house was very spacious! The only downside was the missing large trash bags and communication with the owner was not the greatest during our stay. Other than that would definitely recommend.

We will be back!! We loved this property! This home was so comfortable and cozy; everything you could want in a mountain house. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Had everything… an extremely well stocked kitchen, pack n play, toddler bed rail, shampoo & condition, lotion, etc. The downstairs laundry room was huge and perfect for all your snow gear when you come in. The upstairs king bed was very comfortable and we slept great (mattress in the firm side). There are a lot of stairs, so if you had young children or trouble with stairs I could see that being a little tough. We had our four year old with us and had no issues. The location is amazing. So close to Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski mountain, Tweetsie, etc. We also easily went to Hawksnest for snow tubing and Banner Elk for dinner. I see our family returning for ski weekends in the future!
